Privacy notice

This notice covers this marketing website and the emails we send to companies. It does not cover the xounce product itself, whose data-processing terms are agreed separately with design partners.

What we collect from this site

If you submit the design-partner form, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, primary stack, and your optional message. We use them only to respond to you and to evaluate a possible pilot.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you across sites, and there is nothing here to consent to or opt out of. If that changes we will say so here before it does.

Two third parties are involved, and only when you choose to use them. The design-partner form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission is not automated. If you click “Book a call” you leave this site for cal.com, where their own privacy notice applies — we do not embed their scheduler here, so nothing of theirs loads unless you follow that link.

If we emailed you

We write to companies we think our product is relevant to. We find the address one of two ways: it is published on the company’s own website, or it is a general business address such as info@ or contact@. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not guess at individual names.

Where an address identifies a person rather than a company, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: a brief, relevant, business-to-business approach that is straightforward to decline. We hold the address, the company, the public description that led us to you, and whether you replied. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

Reply “no thanks” to any message and we will remove you and not write again. You can also ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to [email protected]. We keep outreach records for no longer than 12 months from the last contact unless a conversation is ongoing.

Spam protection

Form submissions are checked with a bot-protection challenge and a hidden honeypot field. These keep automated spam out and are not used to profile you.

Your choices

Ask us to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time by replying to our email or writing to [email protected]. If you are in the UK or EU and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the ICO.

Legal entity, registered address, and a data-protection contact will be confirmed before launch.
